Sean is constantly expanding his IT knowledge through industry certifications and is currently working on PMP certification.
Isaac is well versed in many different construction fields with specialty knowledge concerning data cabling and the construction side of the process. Isaac has finished large construction build outs with over 100 data lines pulled including phone, coax, cat5e and a server rack build out.
Isaac is working on his c-7 contractor's license.
Isaac Harris is a Sacramento native and has an extensive background in the construction field. His construction experience, along with cabling knowledge, includes landscaping to Electrical and everything in between. For ten years Isaac managed an in-house Maintenance team and Housekeeping team in a high end retail store. After years of dealing with retail hours Isaac decided to make a change to begin his own handyman business several years ago.
Isaac began working for ALA IT in a subcontractor basis. Due to work volume Isaac is now a full time employee concentrating on cabling infrastructure projects.
Holding and Associates Degree in Business Christina is currently working to finish her Bachelors Degree in Business Management: Human Resources. Christina is a QuickBooks Pro Advisor who does all things HR and Accounting at A Leap Ahead IT
After 10 years as a customer service specialist Douglas made a career change to IT in order to pursue his true passion… all things technology. Douglas has been in the IT industry for 5 years since that change with increasing responsibility. Douglas currently holds certifications for
CompTIA A+ and Network +. Douglas is a Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP), Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate(MCSA), and a Windows 7 end user desktop support technician (EDST). Douglas is also a Silver QuickBooks Pro Advisor.
Patti joined A Leap Ahead IT the second quarter of 2014 to help answer phones and to provide administrative background support. Patti acts as a technical service coordinator and currently holds Gold QuickBooks Pro Advisor certification. Patti’s main focus lately has been the creation and launch of Bit Fellowship a non-profit sister corporation concentrating on helping other local non-profits bridge the digital divide to their for profit counterparts and to their clients and customers.
Joshua started working in the IT field in 2010 and is eager to take up new challenges, solve problems efficiently, and see tasks through to completion as quickly as possible. Joshua currently holds CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network +, (MCDST) Microsoft Desktop Support Technician and the CCNA Routing and Switching certification. Joshua is currently working on his CCNA Security and Windows sever 2012 certification. When Joshua is not hanging out with his girlfriend, he likes to play video games and go downhill biking with friends.
Jesus started working in the IT field in 2012 and never looked back. He is passionate about what he does and loves how challenging and rewarding IT is. Jesus currently holds CompTIA A+,CompTIA Network +, and the CCNA Routing and Switching certifications. Jesus enjoys working on computers and on networks. He is currently working on obtaining his CCNA Security certification. Jesus comes from several years of Data Center Help Desk experience.
Jesus is knowledgeable in running Cat5, Cat6, Fiber, and general network cabling. Jesus is fluent in reading and writing Spanish.
Deanna is a full time dispatcher for A Leap Ahead IT where she influences process and holds people accountable. Deanna is ITIL Foundation certified and she enjoys being the customers advocate insuring the timely and orderly resolution of day to day needs. Deanna holds an associate’s degree from American River College in Social Science and is currently working on receiving her BS in Human Services
Trish is the Vice President and Treasurer of the Arden Arcade Community Alliance and has a degree in Telecommunications Management from Golden Gate University. Trish Harrington is the original owner and founder of A Leap Ahead IT or formerly known as CMIT of Sacramento.
Trish helped build the foundation of the company that still reflects in our attitudes towards our customers. Trish believes that ALAIT should always strive to meet or exceed the customers expectations and is big part of why A Leap Ahead IT continues to succeed today. Trish continues to meet with clients and potential customers to find ways for us to better meet their IT needs.
Vladi Tyskosh currently holds CompTIA A+, and Network +. He is adept in Windows Server Administration, and Linux administration. Vladi has been working with Associations for over 10 years and helps A Leap Ahead IT as both a consultant and Help Desk specialist. Vladi is fluent in reading and writing Russian.
